TurboKit provides free online document processing tools including PDF tools, image tools, office document converters, photo tools, and government document helpers. The service is provided "as is" for personal and professional use.

• Use the service to process files you do not own or have rights to
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the service
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the API
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of files you upload. By uploading files, you grant TurboKit a temporary, limited license to process those files solely to provide the requested service. All files are automatically deleted within 30 minutes. TurboKit does not claim ownership over your content.

5. Free Service and Limitations

TurboKit provides core tools for free. We reserve the right to implement usage limits, introduce premium features, or modify the service at any time. Free tier users may experience rate limiting during high-traffic periods.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TurboKit is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be perfectly accurate. Use the service at your own risk and always keep backups of important files.

7. Limitation of Liability

TurboKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, files, or business. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design of TurboKit are the intellectual property of the TurboKit Team. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without explicit written permission.
